Steps:
1- Open the required image in Photoshop.
2- Add a solid colour adjustment layer.
3- Select mask, go to Filter – Render – Clouds, and press OK.
4- Go to the Adjustments – Levels, adjust the sliders.
5- Right-click on the layers and convert to a smart object.
6- Press Ctrl/Cmd+T to adjust the layer, right click, select perspective.
7- Now adjust the layer as shown.
8- Create mask, select brush tool(soft) and remove the extra part.
9- Go to the layers panel, create a duplicate layer, take it to the top, and create a clipping mask.
10- Press Ctrl/Cmd+T, flip vertical, and adjust the layer.
11- In this way, you can create a Reflection Effect in Photoshop.
