Steps:
1-Go to the layers panel
2-Select Cloud image
3-Select blending mode to screen
4-Add Black and white adjustment layer
5-Go to the layers panel and create a clipping mask by clicking right.
6-Click on the adjustment layer thumbnail and adjust the cyan value.
